1 cup of “Milk” I use Oat or almond but you can use what ever one you choose.
1 scoop protein powder chocolate preferably
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp coconut shredded
Optional* add 2-4 tbsp non fat Greek yogurt.
Mix well. I like to use mason jars.
You can add nuts or strawberries or banana.
Leave in fridge overnight.
