Where do I buy fitness equipment?
Since Covid-19, fitness equipment is hard to come by!
The price has nearly doubled in the past 12 months on Dumbbells. So here’s the low down. Dumbbells are often found at Fitness Depot, located at 104-721 Vanalman Ave. They get regular shipments. You can also sometimes find them at Canadian Tire stores, occasionally at superstore and Walmart. As for the circle fabric bands they usually have them at Fitness Depot or Amazon has a set of 3 pack, offering three different levels of resistance. The long elastic bands with handles, often known as slastix or stroops are the hardest to find. There are the cheaper versions that are elastic resistance bands. They are rubber and not encased in the fabric, but easier to find. These can be found on Amazon or at Canadian Tire and occasionally Winners or Marshall’s.
